Youlumi's shipping policy is very simple. When customers in the United States purchase goods, we provide free logistics services. Your order is expected to be processed within 2 working days after purchase and delivered within 2-6 working days. For international orders, our website automatically calculates the exact shipping costs we have to pay and charges you accordingly. And delivered within 3~10 working days. Youlumi will not be held accountable for shipping-related delays that are the fault of the carrier. Also, if the customer inputs an incorrect or invalid shipping address that results in the package being undeliverable, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with re-shipping the item should they want the item re-shipped.
