Therapy

● Plug the red light therapy hat in to a power source (either USB power bank, computer, or directly into a wall outlet).
● Choose desired wavelength for treatment (either red, near infrared, or combined treatment).
● Choose desired brightness.
● Set timer for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 minutes.
● Place the red light therapy cap on the top of your head. Your treatment will end automatically when the timer expires.
● Do this one to two times daily.
