This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on youlumistore.com. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather, customs, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
1) Fulfillment locations (U.S. warehouse vs. China fulfillment)
We fulfill orders from different locations depending on inventory availability. When an item is in stock in our U.S. warehouse, it may ship domestically within the United States. If it is not available in the U.S. warehouse, it may ship from China. The fulfillment location can affect delivery speed.
2) Order processing time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (business days exclude weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take longer. Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
3) U.S. shipping
Free standard shipping within the United States on all orders (as shown at checkout).
Estimated delivery times (after shipment):
- U.S. warehouse fulfilled: typically 2–6 business days
- China fulfilled (to the U.S.): typically 12–18 business days (may vary by region and customs)
These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Remote areas (including Alaska/Hawaii or rural/remote ZIP codes) may take longer.
4) International shipping
International shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
International shipping cost (reference):
- First 0.5 kg: USD 20
- Each additional 0.5 kg: USD 6
Shipping rates and available services may change over time. The final cost shown at checkout will apply.
5) Tracking
Tracking information (when available) will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. For some international shipments, tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.
6) Duties, taxes & import fees
International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees charged by your local customs authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated on the checkout page.
7) Address accuracy & order changes
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
8) Undeliverable / refused packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/invalid address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or unclaimed shipment, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs. Where appropriate, we may offer a refund for the item price minus any shipping/handling and return costs (if applicable), subject to our review and applicable law.
9) Split shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately (including from different fulfillment locations). If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
10) Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your package is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. We may require supporting information such as photos (for damage) and carrier tracking details to help investigate and resolve the issue.
